Through the end of November, 2009, 27 Condos in L’Hermitage have been purchased so far in 2009.   Details of the sales are as follows:

  • Tower 1 (3100 N. Ocean Blvd.)
    13 Sales with a purchase price range (NOT List price) of $570,000 – $1,925,000.  The $570,000 Condo is Unit #404, a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Residence. The $1,925,000 Condo is Penthouse #2704, which has 4 Bedrooms and 5 Baths
  • Tower 2 (3200 N. Ocean Blvd). –the Building closest to the Ocean
    14 Sales with a purchase price range (NOT List price) of $475,000 – $2,700,000.  The $475,000 Condo is Unit #307, a Lanai Level Residence with 2 Bedrooms and 2.5 Baths.   The $2,700,000 Condo is Penthouse #2708, a 4,900 Square Foot Residence

Of the Units sold, 1 was a Short Sale and 0 were Bank Owned Foreclosures.

Of the 460 total Units in Tower 1 and Tower 2, there’s a total of 38 Condos for Sale in L’Hermitage.  Their price range is $679,000 for a 25th Floor, 2 Bedroom Residence in Tower 1 – $3,795,000 for a 28th Floor Penthouse Residence in Tower 1.
