  • 3 Townhouses were purchased with a purchase price range of $235,000 – $261,000
  • 1 One-Bedroom Unit purchased for $119,000
  • 4 Three-Bedroom Units purchased with a purchase price range of $280,000 – $387,000
  • 4 Two-Bedroom Units purchased with a purchase price range of $185,000 – $250,000

Active Listings–30 active listings of 272 total Units in the Complex with a price range of $172,000 – $649,900:

  • 8 Townhouses with a price range of $172,000 – $339,000
  • 3 Three-Bedroom Units with a price range of $241,400 – $649,900
  • 19 Two-Bedroom Units with a price range of $189,000 – $425,000

Wilton Station Foreclosures:

  • 3 Bank Owned Foreclosures:
    2 Two-Bedroom Townhouses priced at $215,375 and $229,902
