Thursday, 5/20/10, I attended an Open House at Aria at Las Olas Condo. I shot video of the Waterfront views while there and included it, along with pictures and Google Earth screenshots.
Located at 516 Hendricks Isle in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida, Aria at Las Olas Condominium is a Mediterranean Style, 5-Story Condo Building that contains only 12 Residences, each offering beautiful Waterfront views. The Residences are located on Floors 2-5 and would be a great choice for those who are interested in low-rise Condos instead of High-rise.
Hendricks Isle is one of the Las Olas Isles (located directly off of Las Olas Blvd.), close to the Beach, Shops, Restaurants, Entertainment, and Cultural Activities.

- Intracoastal and Ocean access are VERY close
- 8 Boat Slips of various sizes are available and range in maximum size to approximately 15′ Wide x 50′ Long
- The Canal is very wide and deep
- There are NO FIXED BRIDGES
If you are thinking, “Bla, bla, bla, another new Condo”, think again because there are very few Condos that offer Dockage. Aria’s re-release is a great addition to the market.
