Regarding a Bulk Purchase of the remaining Units, I have been advised that the Bank has received a number of Offers for Bulk purchases, but has rejected them, so they apparently prefer to sell the Units at prices that are very close to their listed prices which is, of course, evident in the final purchase prices of the Units that have been sold.
