495 Ocean Blvd: Direct Oceanfront Home purchased for $3,000,000 on October 6, 2010. It was built in 1952 and the description reads: “Restore or Build your Dream House. Least expensive oceanfront Property.” It has 3 Bedrooms, 4 Baths, a Pool, 2-Car Garage, and 2,907 Square Feet. This property is a perfect example of a “Teardown” that was purchased for Land value only.
610 N. Island Drive: Intracoastal front Home purchased for $1,950,000 on January 29, 2010
200 S. Island Drive: Intracoastal front Home purchased for $1,650,000 on September 3, 2010
308 S. Parkway: Located on an Ocean access Canal with Intracoastal views, purchased for $1,750,000 on June 14, 2010
132 S. Island: Located on an Ocean access Canal, purchased for $2,000,000 on January 28, 2010
