Records indicate that, within the last 12 months, 15 Homes have been sold in Golden Beach. Their purchase price range was $700,000 – $6,800,000, with a Median purchase price of $1,375,000. The Waterfront Homes that were purchased are as follows:
- 469 Ocean Blvd: Direct Oceanfront Estate purchased for $6,800,000 on December 28, 2009. It was built in 2008, has 5 Bedrooms, 5.5 Baths, a Pool, 8-Car Garage, and 7,100 Square Feet.
- 495 Ocean Blvd: Direct Oceanfront Home purchased for $3,000,000 on October 6, 2010. It was built in 1952 and the description reads: “Restore or Build your Dream House. Least expensive oceanfront Property.” It has 3 Bedrooms, 4 Baths, a Pool, 2-Car Garage, and 2,907 Square Feet. This property is a perfect example of a “Teardown” that was purchased for Land value only.
- 610 N. Island Drive: Intracoastal front Home purchased for $1,950,000 on January 29, 2010
- 200 S. Island Drive: Intracoastal front Home purchased for $1,650,000 on September 3, 2010
- 308 S. Parkway: Located on an Ocean access Canal with Intracoastal views, purchased for $1,750,000 on June 14, 2010
- 132 S. Island: Located on an Ocean access Canal, purchased for $2,000,000 on January 28, 2010
- 468 N. Parkway: Located on an Ocean access Canal with Intracoastal views, purchased for $1,450,000 on December 4, 2009
- 92 Terracina Avenue: Located on an Ocean access Canal with Intracoastal views, purchased for $1,300,000 on August 6, 2010
