Aquazul Market Update

Several Units were sold recently in Aquazul Oceanfront Condo and I included details below about the purchases. In Aquazul, the 01 and 04 Units are Corner Units and are the largest Units in the Building. Because of their size, preferred views, and Corner location, they command premium prices. Of the Northeast and Southeast Corners, many people consider the Southeast Corner to have the most preferred views.

Unit 1401 (details below) was purchased as a fantastic Bank Owned Foreclosure deal that was sold at a purchase price that’s approximately $200,000 below current Market value in comparison to the recent purchase prices of similar Units in the Building. It went under Contract after being on the Market for only 8 days and its’ purchase price of $1,160,000 was $130,000 ABOVE its’ list price of $1,029,000, which is typical in our local Foreclosure Market. In the Luxury and Waterfront Market, these types of deals are very scarce, so when fantastic opportunities such as these become available, savvy Buyers snap them up quickly.
