During the 1st Quarter of 2012, 3 Properties in the Seagate Community were purchased.  The purchase price range of the properties was $999,000 – $2,400,000 and the properties that were sold are as follows:

  • 701 Seagate Drive:  purchased for $2,400,000 on March 28, 2012
    5 Bedrooms, 5 Full Baths, 2 Half Baths, and 5,276 Square Feet of Living Area.  Built in 2006.
    Pool and 2-Car Garage

  • 1054 Melaleuca Rd.: purchased for $2,257,500 on March 26, 2012
    5 Bedrooms, 5.5 Baths, 4,612 Square Feet of Living Area, Pool and 2-Car Garage. Built in 2003.
    This is an absolutely beautiful Home and I had the pleasure of viewing it last year when showing Properties to Buyers.

  • 1024 Azalea Rd.:  purchased as a Bank Owned Foreclosure for $999,000
    4 Bedrooms, 4.5 Baths, Pool, 2-Car Garage, and 3,677 Square Feet of Living Area.  Built in 1964.
    Has over 1/2 Acre of Land and was purchased as a Fixer Upper, primarily for Land value alone.

Seagate Homes for Sale

Currently, 11 properties are on the Market for Sale in the Seagate Community.  The list price range of the properties is $985,000 – $2,899,000, with an average list price of $1,989,273.  Of the 11 Properties, 10 are non-Waterfront and 1 is Waterfront.   None of the Properties are listed as Bank Owned Foreclosures and only 1 is listed as a Short Sale.

Property Records indicate that 2 Seagate Properties are currently under pending Contract for purchase (the Property Owners accepted Offers from Buyers for purchase of the properties).  I will provide future updates when additional property purchases are completed.

Seagate is a very desirable location for those who enjoy Luxury living and walking distance to the Beach and downtown Delray Beach.
