Harbor Islands Community Video Tour

During the 2nd Quarter of 2013, 5 Single Family Homes were purchased and 4 Townhomes were purchased in Harbor Islands.   The 4 Townhomes were sold with final purchase prices ranging from $478,000 – $1,300,000, with an average purchase price of $768,875.    2 of the properties were purchased as Short Sales and none were purchased as Bank Owned Foreclosures.

The 5 Single Family Homes that were purchased are as follows:

  • 914 Sanibel Dr., purchased for $1,980,000 on May 16, 2013:  ~141′ Waterfront on an Ocean Access Canal overlooking the Marina, built in 1999, 4 Bedrooms, 4.5 Baths, 4,544 Square Feet of Living Area, 2-Car Garage, and Pool.

  • 1475 Commodore Way, purchased for $1,750,000 on April 10, 2013:  Non-Waterfront, built in 2003, 6 Bedrooms, 5.5 Baths, 4,930 Square Feet of Living Area, 3-Car Garage, and Pool.

  • 845 Meridian Ln., purchased for $1,625,000 on June 5, 2013:  Non-Waterfront, built in 2003, 6 Bedrooms, 4.5 Baths, 4,747 Square Feet of Living Area, 3-Car Garage, and Pool.

  • 1590 Shoreline Way, purchased for $1,425,000 on June 26, 2013:  Waterfront on an Ocean Access Canal, built in 1996, 4 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths, 3,353 Square Feet of Living Area, 2-Car Garage, and no Pool.

  • 1506 Breakwater Terrace, purchased for $570,000 on June 28, 2013:  Non-Waterfront, built in 1997, 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 Baths, 2,326 Square Feet of Living Area, 2-Car Garage, and no Pool.
