As follow-up to my post last week about the Construction completion and Units purchased in the Oceanfront Building at Villas by the Sea Residences, I visited the property last Saturday and shot new pictures. I shot pictures from the Street and also walked out on the Pier and shot pictures from the Ocean side of the Building. The Ocean views from the inside of the Units are beautiful! Again, the location is superb! The Ocean is at your back door and Restaurants, Bars, and Shops are literally within walking distance. If you enjoy Fishing or relaxing, the Pier next door is perfect (see picture below).

Popular Restaurants and Bars nearby include Aruba Beach Cafe, Village Grille, Athena by the Sea, 101 Ocean, Blue Moon Fish Company, Benihana, and others. Live Bands are featured at several of the Restaurants at night and weekends in Lauderdale by the Sea feature a Street Festival by the Beach which is enjoyed by locals and Tourists alike.
