Payment of Property Taxes at Coconut Grove Beach Residences Condo in Ft. Lauderdale
I’ve had several interested Buyers ask me if the Developer owned Units at Coconut Grove Residences are in a state of Tax Delinquency. Additionally, in viewing my Blog stats and Website stats, I’ve noticed that a number of people have searched for terms relating to Tax Delinquency at Coconut Grove Residences, so I decided to address it in a post here.
Does Coconut Grove’s Developer owe back Taxes on the Developer owned Units? The answer is “NO“. Broward County Property Tax Records are public records and can easily be searched on the Property Appraiser’s Website. I searched and viewed the Property Tax payment record for each of the Developer owned Units at Coconut Grove and each Record indicates that the Property Taxes for 2009 have been paid in full. Also, note that Broward County Property Taxes are billed yearly in the month of November, so there won’t be a Tax bill for 2010 until November.
