Per the MLS and Sonata Beach Club’s Sales Office, additional Units are currently under Contract for purchase. I will provide future updates when additional Transactions close. Tax Records indicate that 34 Units are currently Developer Owned. The current price range of the available Units is $600,000’s – $800,000’s (these prices represent significant discounts off of the original prices).
The largest Model is the “02” Line, the Mozart Floorplan. Tax Records indicate that only 4 Mozart Units are currently Developer owned (#502, #702, #402, and #1202).
