Top 5 most Expensive Single Family Home Sales in Broward County within the last 6 months

Within the last 6 months, the 5 most expensive, luxury, Single Family Home sales in Broward County were Homes purchased in the Coral Isles section of Las Olas Isles, Harbor Beach, Coral Ridge Galt, and Lauderdale Beach.  All of the Homes are Waterfront, Ocean access Homes (1 of which is direct Oceanfront) located in Ft. Lauderdale and transaction details indicate that all of the sales were Cash purchases (Cash purchases occur very frequently in the current Real Estate Market).

Purchase #1:  650 San Marco Drive, Ft. Lauderdale, FL in the Coral Isles section of Las Olas Isles purchased for $10,800,000 on March 2, 2010
