Eagle Trace includes Single Family Homes, Villas, and Townhouses in a Guard Gated Golf Course Community.
Single Family Homes in Eagle Trace
Currently, there are 26 Single Family Homes for Sale in Eagle Trace, with a price range of $269,900 – $1,399,000. Of the active listings, the average price is $552,312. The Homes currently listed for sale are located in the Eagle Trace Communities of Eagle Point, Eagle Trace Estates, Greens of Eagle Trace, The Hamptons, Highland Place, The Fairways, and Georgetown.
