Top 5 most Expensive Single Family Home Sales in Broward County in April – June of 2010

In April, May, and June of 2010, the 5 most expensive, luxury, Single Family Home sales in Broward County were Homes purchased in  Las Olas Isles,  Hillsboro Mile, Bay Colony, and Landmark Ranch Estates.  All of the Homes are Waterfront Ocean Access properties except for the Home in Landmark Ranch Estates, a Gated Luxury Community in the City of Southwest Ranches in the Southwest area of Broward County.  Transaction details indicate that all of the Transactions were Cash except for one.

Within the same timeframe (April 1, 2010 – June 30, 2010), 69 Single Family Homes were purchased in Broward County with purchase prices of $1,000,000 and above and 3,755 Single Family Homes were purchased for prices under $1,000,000.

Purchase #1:  1131 Hillsboro Mile, Hillsboro Beach, Florida in Hillsboro Mile. Purchased for $9,300,000 on May 3, 2010
