In my last report about sales at The Plaza at Oceanside, I reported that 31 Units have been purchased in 2010 (as indicated in Property Tax Records), with purchase dates through June 29, 2010.
Since that time, 8 additional Units have been purchased, so sales in the Building are definitely increasing.
The purchase price range of the Units purchased was $420,000 – $1,028,400 and the purchase dates are indicated as July 2, 2010 – September 27, 2010. The purchases are as follows:

- Unit 06-17: Purchased for $762,000 on September 15, 2010
- Unit 01-11: Purchased for $638,000 on September 12, 2010
- Unit 13-9: Purchased for $420,000 on September 7, 2010
- Unit 6-8: Purchased for $580,000 on August 2, 2010
- Unit 07-9: Purchased for $820,000 on July 13, 2010
- Unit 05-9: Purchased for $485,000 on July 2, 2010
- Unit 12-9: Purchased for $455,000 on July 2, 2010
The current price reductions for the Developer owned Units represent more than a 65% discount off of the highest purchase price previously. The current price range of Units listed for sale is $400,000′s – $1,200,000.
