Wilton Station Condo Market Report
In my earlier Post about Wilton Station Condo, I reported that 12 Units were sold in 2010 in Wilton Station through the end of March, 2010. Since that time, 21 Units have been purchased in Wilton Station from April – September of 2010.
An important update to note is that Wilton Station is now Fannie Mae Approved, so it’s no longer limited to Cash purchases only or Financing from the one local Bank that was previously financing purchases in the Complex.
21 Units sold with purchase dates between April 1, 2010 – September 30, 2010:
- 4 Townhouses were purchased with a purchase price range of $205,000 – $300,000
- 3 One-Bedroom Units purchased for $125,000 – $180,000
- 10 Two-Bedroom Units purchased with a purchase price range of $210,000 – $300,000
- 4 Three-Bedroom Units purchased with a purchase price range of $205,000 – $334,000
Wilton Station Condos and Townhomes for Sale
Of 272 total Units in the Complex, 22 are actively listed for sale. Their list price range is $159,900 – $649,900:
- 14 2-Story Townhouses/Brownstones with a price range of $159,900 – $599,000
- 4 Three-Bedroom Units with a price range of $289,900 – $649,900 (one of which is a 2-Story Townhouse)
- 5 Two-Bedroom Condos with a price range of $159,900 – $395,000
