Within 2010, from January – October 31, 2010, there were 10,286 purchases of Single Family Homes in Broward County with purchase prices that were under $500,000, as recorded in the MLS and Property Tax Records. 

Within the same 10 month period of time, 994 Single Family Homes were purchased in a purchase price range of $500,000 – $10,800,000.

During the first 10 months of 2009, 928 Single Family Homes were purchased in Broward County with minimum purchase prices of $500,000, so sales have increased this year.

During the month of October 2010, 74 Homes were purchased in Broward County in a purchase price range of $500,000 – $4,400,000 and information in the Table below details their locations and purchase prices.   27 of the purchases are listed as being Cash purchases. 

Of the 74 Homes purchased, 6 were Bank Owned Foreclosures and 15 were Short Sales.
