Monday, I visited Oriana by the Sea in Lauderdale by the Sea, Villas by the Sea in Lauderdale by the Sea, and Villas of Positano in Hollywood with a Buyer who’s interested in purchasing an Oceanfront Townhouse or a Condo that’s of newer Construction and not located in a high-rise Building. Most Oceanfront properties are high-rise Condos, so there are few low-rise Buildings and Townhomes available.
The 3 Buildings that I mentioned are all great choices for Beachfront Living in Boutique style Buildings. The views are fabulous and I included a few pictures that I shot while visiting, in addition to information about recent sales.
