Below are pictures I shot of a Yacht that’s docked on the Intracoastal on the Hillsboro Mile in Hillsboro Beach, FL.
The Intracoastal Dockage on Hillsboro Mile that’s across from the Oceanfront Homes is part of the Oceanfront property parcel. I have mentioned before that, of the 3 Oceanfront Communities of Single Family Homes in Broward County, the Oceanfront Homes on Hillsboro Mile/A1A are the only ones that offer Dockage since the Oceanfront properties each own an accompanying Parcel of Land on the Intracoastal. These properties offer a perfect combination of Boat Dockage, Intracoastal views, Ocean views, and the Beach as their back yards.
Intracoastal Dockage starts at a minimum size of 100′ of Waterfront and several that are currently listed for sale have up to 250′ of Intracoastal Dockage. This is, of course, a No Wake Zone, so it’s perfect for Mega Yachts and other Vessels.
