This Tuesday, I attended a Broker’s Preview of Unit 205, a Beach Villa offered for resale at One Thousand Ocean Condo.

So, what’s selling in One Thousand Ocean Condo and how much are they selling for?
Construction of One Thousand Ocean was completed in February of 2010 and Closings started that same month. Since Closings began, 31 of the 52 Units have been sold and their purchase price range was $2,750,000 – $12,000,000. The purchase prices and number of purchases clearly indicate:
- Increasing number of sales in the luxury segment of the Market
- Increased Buyer confidence in the Market
- Demand by high net worth individuals who are savvy Buyers, who carefully evaluated the Market, and recognized the value that’s presented at One Thousand Ocean

- A strong, consistent track record of sales such that those who are considering purchasing in the Building are provided with comprehensive current market comparable sales data to review
