In my last report about sales at The Plaza at Oceanside, I reported that 39 Units were purchased in 2010 (as indicated in Property Tax Records), with purchase dates through September 27, 2010. Since that time, 6 additional Units have been purchased.

- Unit 08-16: Purchased for $580,000 on December 1, 2010
- Unit 02-14: Purchased for $606,000 on November 22, 2010
- Unit 08-9: Purchased for $560,000 on November 17, 2010
- Unit 10-7: Purchased for $422,000 on November 10, 2010
- Unit 09-11: Purchased for $490,000 on October 7, 2010
The current price reductions for the Developer owned Units represent more than a 65% discount off of the highest purchase price previously. The current price range of Units listed for sale is $400,000′s – $1,200,000.
