The Landings remains one of Northeast Ft. Lauderdale’s most desirable Communities.   Beautiful Waterfront and non-Waterfront properties in The Landings offer great value and are available for lower prices than similar Homes in the Southeast area of Ft. Lauderdale.

In 2010, 23 Homes were purchased in The Landings and their purchase price range was $330,000 – $2,200,000.    22 of the 23 Homes that were purchased are Waterfront Homes and their purchase prices were $510,000 – $2,200,000.  One of the properties was purchased as a Bank Owned Foreclosure, a Waterfront Home on an Ocean Access Canal Point Lot, purchased for $751,000.  2 properties were purchased as Short Sales and were purchased for $850,000 and $630,000.

3017 NE 59th St., Purchased for $2,000,000 on February 19, 2010. Built in 2008, has 7,624 Square Feet, a Pool, 3-Car Garage, 6 Bedrooms and 5.5 Baths, with 100’ of Waterfront on an Ocean access Canal without Fixed Bridges
3121 NE 55th St., Purchased for $1,955,000 on July 27, 2010.  Built in 2008, has 5,215 Square Feet, a Pool, 2-Car Garage, 4 Bedrooms and 4 Baths, with 105’ of Waterfront on an Ocean access Canal without Fixed Bridges
3130 NE 55th Ct., Purchased for $1,750,000 on July 15, 2010. Built in 2002, has 6,059 Square Feet, a Pool, 4-Car Garage, 5 Bedrooms and 5 Baths, with 70’ of Waterfront on an Ocean access Canal without Fixed Bridges
