What’s Selling in Oriana by the Sea?
My previous post about Oriana detailed information about 5 Units purchased in Oriana in 2010 with a purchase price range of $800,000 – $1,865,000. Since that time, 5 additional Units have been purchased as follows:
- Unit 202 in Building 4316: Purchased for $650,000 on February 8, 2011
- Unit 301 in Building 4320: Purchased for $775,000 on January 31, 2011
- Unit 201 in Building 4320: Purchased for $650,000 on January 3, 2011
- Unit 402 in Building 4318: Purchased for $900,000 on December 21, 2010
- Unit 301 in Building 4316: Purchased for $800,000 on December 3, 2010
Property Tax Records indicate that only 1 Unit in the Complex is Developer owned, so when that one is purchased, the Developer Owned Units will finally be completely sold out.
Residences for Sale in Oriana
There are 34 total Units in the Complex and, currently, 9 are listed for sale (click here to view them). Their price range is $749,900 for a 2,114 square foot Residence with 3 Bedrooms and 2.5 Baths – $3,600,000 for a 3 Bedroom, 5 Bath direct Oceanfront Townhouse with a 2-Car Garage. The direct Oceanfront Townhouses offer the most spectacular views and 4 of those are currently available for purchase.
The availability of properties similiar to Oriana is very limited since most properties on the Beach are high-rise Condos. The very spacious sizes and the layout of the Floor Plans feel like Single Family Houses.
