Oceanside Pompano Beach is continuing to sell consistently and has closed on sales of 9 Units during the months of January and February of 2011 (see Unit numbers, purchase prices, purchase dates, number of Bedrooms and Baths, and Square Feet below).

  • For 3-digit Unit numbers, the first number indicates the Floor that the Unit is located on
  • For 4-digit Unit numbers, the first 2 numbers indicate the Floor that the Unit is located on
  • Unit numbers ending in 01 – 06 Units are on the Ocean side of the Building and the 01 Unit has Intracoastal views as well
  • Unit numbers ending in 07 – 14 Units are on the Intracoastal side of the Building and the 07 Unit has Ocean views as well

Units sold in 2010

During 2010, 45 Units were purchased in the Plaza at Oceanside Pompano Beach Condo for total purchase prices of $26,511,800, which equals an average purchase price of $589,151.11.   The purchase price range of the 45 Units sold was $365,000 – $1,600,000.   2 Units on the 5th and 6th floors (511 and 611) were purchased for $365,000 each and Penthouse 4 was purchased for $1,600,000.

Units available for Purchase

The price range of the available Units is $424,000 – $989,000.   The Units have 2 Bedrooms, 2 Bedrooms + a Den, or 3 Bedrooms, range in size from 1,438 Square Feet – 2,726 Square Feet, and offer Intracoastal and/or Ocean views.  Additionally, several are 2-Story Loft Units on Floors 2 and 3.  

All of the Ocean facing Units have private Elevator Foyers and Double Door entries and the Intracoastal Residences have semi-private entries.   All Residences have Viking Stainless Steel Appliances, Poggenpohl Cabinetry, Granite Counter Tops, and large Laundry Rooms.

The majority of the Residences are being sold Decorator Ready, however, some are being sold fully complete and Furnished.   I visited the Building again last weekend and one of the Units that I viewed was Unit 1512, which is one of the Furnished Units that’s available (see pictures below).  It’s located on the 15th Floor, is priced at $642,000, and has 1,438 Square Feet of Living Area, 2 Bedrooms, 2 Baths, and a 393 Square Foot Terrace with beautiful views of the Intracoastal and Pool.

Of 186 total Units in the Building, 105 have been sold, so 81 are Developer owned, as indicated by Property Tax Records.  Additional Units are currently under Contract for purchase and I will provide future updates when additional sales are recorded.

    I went to look at these condos and was definitely impressed, but I am a little concerned…are these fannie may approved or are these all cash?

    Hello Diane, thanks for your comment. Property Tax Records haven’t yet recorded a purchase of Unit 1512, but I will provide future updates about its’ purchase price when it sells.
