The beautiful Community of Rio Vista remains one of Ft. Lauderdale’s most desireable Communities and I recently visited the Community again when showing Properties to several Buyers who are interested in purchasing properties in the area. Located within close proximity to the Beach and Las Olas area, Rio Vista has Waterfront and non-Waterfront properties on picturesque Tree-lined Streets. The Waterfront properties in Rio Vista offer Ocean access WITHOUT Fixed Bridges and are located along the New River, Canals, and the Intracoastal. A number of the Properties are perfect for Mega Yacht Dockage and wide, deep Canals offer great opportunities to Dock other large Vessels as well. Property values are great and being zoned for “A”-rated Schools is yet another attractive feature.
