4 Developer Owned Penthouses remain for purchase at Sapphire Condo and 1 of the 4, PH05N in the North Tower, is now a Model and has been finished with Flooring, Light Fixtures, Paint, and other design elements.   If you’re already familiar with Sapphire, then you most likely know that the majority of the Units are currently Decorator Ready and  purchase prices include a Finishing Package of Flooring, Paint, and Light Fixtures.

All 4 Units are Corner Units, are located on the front 2 Corners of the North Tower and South Tower (Ocean side of the Buildings), and are the largest of the Penthouses at Sapphire.   Sapphire is a 12-Story Building, so the Penthouses are located on the 12th Floor.  On the Penthouse level/12th Floor, there’s a total of only 6 Units, unlike the other Floors that each have 8 Units.

Floor-to-Ceiling Glass offers beautiful views of the Ocean, Intracoastal, and City.

The 4 Penthouses are priced as follows:

  • Model PH05N in the North Tower = $1,089,000  (Southeast Corner)
  • PH03N in the North Tower = $1,100,000 (Northeast Corner)
  • PH03S in the South Tower = $949,500 (Northeast Corner)
  • PH05S in the South Tower = $1,152,000 (Southeast Corner)

Below is a Siteplan that shows Sapphire’s Penthouses, which I labeled with the actual Unit numbers of the Penthouses and other details.   In the diagram, PH-1, PH-2, and PH-3 indicate the 3 Penthouse Floorplans (Sapphire’s 12 Penthouses have 3 Floor Plans).

Of the 12 Penthouses at Sapphire (6 Penthouses in the North Tower and 6 Penthouses in the South Tower), 8 have been purchased already and their purchase prices and other details are listed below.  As noted below, the Penthouses that already sold have 1,573 Square Feet of Living Area and 2,033 Square Feet of Living Area, so are smaller than the 4 remaining Penthouses, which each have 2,680 Square Feet of Living Area.
