Market conditions have changed significantly and the available Inventory of Properties has decreased drastically because of a large increase in the number of purchases, particularly in areas that are East, Oceanfront, and Waterfront. When I posted a Villas of Positano Market Report a year ago in April of 2010, 17 Units were for sale in the Building and almost all of those have since been purchased. During January – December of 2010, 10 Units were purchased in Villas of Positano and current activity in the Building indicates that 10 Units will be sold in just the first 6 months of 2011. In this Building and several others, we’re currently experiencing Inventory levels that are insufficient to meet the level of demand. Not only that, but many of the lowest priced deals have been purchased and the number of sales in the Luxury segment of the Market have increased.
