During the months of March and April of 2011, 4 Units were purchased in Watergarden.  Their purchase price range was $305,000 – $505,000 and additional details about the purchases are included below.

 Of the 4 Units that were purchased, Units 1101 and 2402 were regular Sales, Unit 1604 was a Short Sale, and Unit 402 was a Bank Owned Foreclosure.   The Bank Owned Foreclosure, Unit 402, was purchased for $1,000 over its’ $304,000 List Price, which is typical in our Market, where the majority of competitively priced Foreclosures sell at or above their listed prices and within an average of 30 days or less.
