Lighthouse Point is one of Northeast Broward County’s most beautiful areas and it’s experiencing consistent sales in the current Market.

2011 1st Quarter Sales

During the 1st Quarter of 2011, 40 Properties were purchased in Lighthouse Point.   The purchase price range of the Properties that were purchased was $160,000 – $2,350,000.  Additional details about the purchases is included below.

Waterfront Properties Purchased

26 of the 40 Properties that were purchased are Waterfront Properties and they were purchased in a purchase price range of $385,000 – $2,350,000.   The Waterfront locations of the properties are Intracoastal and Ocean Access Canals.

Lighthouse Point offers a diverse selection of Waterfront Homes and they are a great choice to consider for those interested in South Florida Waterfront properties.  Additionally, their prices are lower than prices of Ft. Lauderdale Waterfront Properties, so they’re a great alternative for interested Buyers who are flexible regarding location.

4 of the Properties were purchased as Short Sales and 1 was purchased as a Bank Owned Foreclosure.

The Properties are located in the Communities of Cap’s Island, Coral Key Villas, Lake Placid, Lighthouse Point, Lighthouse Point Estates, and Venetian Isles.

  • 2 Properties were purchased for $900,000 and $950,000
  • 8 Properties were purchased in purchase price range of $1,250,000 – $1,750,000
  • 2 Properties were purchased for $2,346,000 and $2,350,000
