Sonata Beach Club Condo Market Update
Since my previous update (when 9 Units were sold earlier this year), 7 Units in Sonata Beach Club have since been purchased during the months of May – July of 2011 (through July 20, 2011) and details about the purchases are included below. The purchase price range of the Units purchased is $540,000 – $825,200.

Currently 10 Developer owned Units remain available for purchase (and a number of Units are currently under Contract for purchase). If sales continue as they have been so far this year, Sonata Beach Club will be sold out soon. Of the 5 Models at Sonata Beach Club, the largest is the Mozart/”02″ Line and all of those have been purchased. Other Units are currently available in a price range of $565,000 – $1,295,000, one of which is a Resale. None of the Units are Short Sales or Foreclosures.
NOTE: Previously, the Units were being offered Decorator Ready, however, all Units have now been finished with Flooring and a couple of Units are offered fully Furnished as well.
