Altos del Mar Properties
The Community of Altos del Mar, located in Surfside and Miami Beach, is a beautiful area that’s located within walking distance of the Beach and close to Restaurants and Shops (Bal Harbour Shops and others) in the North Beach area of Miami Beach. Properties in the Community include non-Waterfront properties and Oceanfront Homes and Lots that are located directly across from the Beach with beautiful, endless views of the Ocean and Miami Beach’s skyline. I recently visited the Community again when previewing properties for a Buyer I’m working with and included in this post are Altos del Mar pictures and video that I shot. A portion of the Community is Gated (see Gates in the pictures above) and properties in Altos del Mar are currently available from the $300,000’s – $12,000,000+.
