Since my previous Market updates detailing the sales of 16 Units purchased in Sonata Beach Club during the months of January – July of 2011, 2 additional Units were purchased in Sonata Beach Club during the month of August and details about the purchases are included below (I will provide future update when additional purchases are completed).

Currently, 8 Developer owned Units remain available for purchase and 3 Resale Units are listed for sale.
