Last Friday, I visited Orchid Beach again while viewing 2 Units with interested Buyers and I shot pictures while there, which I included below. The 2 Units that we viewed are Units 509 and 407, which each have 3 Bedrooms and very spacious, open Floor Plans with 2,960 Square Feet of Living Area and 2,382 Square Feet of Living Area. Both Units offer beautiful Ocean views and Orchid Beach would be a great choice to consider for those who are interested in spacious Condos of newer Construction that are Oceanfront and centrally located.
Located in Deerfield Beach at 701 S. Ocean Way aka SE 21st Avenue, Orchid Beach was built in 2006 and is an Oceanfront, 5-Story Boutique style Building of only 44 Residences. The Ocean is at your front Door and the Deerfield Beach Pier, Shops, and Restaurants such as J.B.s, Oceans 234, Bru’s Room, and Flanigan’s are all within walking distance a few Blocks away.

Premium prices are paid for exceptional Ocean views, size, and superior interior design, finishes, etc. Note that of the 2 Buildings at Orchid Beach, the back Building offers very limited Ocean views and only offers those from a few of the Units, so the front Building is most desireable because of its location directly facing the Ocean.
