Earlier this month, I viewed Units 2101 and LPH 02 and was impressed with the beautiful Ocean views from both Units.
NOTE:
- Unit numbers ending in “01” and “04” have 3,029 Square Feet of Living Area. The “01” and “04” lines are Corner Units and are highly preferred because of their large size and East, Coastline views from Corner locations. The “01” Units have Southeast views and the “04” Units have Northeast views
- Unit numbers ending in “02” and “03” have 2,572 Square Feet of Living Area
- LPH Units are located on the 22nd Floor
- In various Units, significant differences exist in views from high Floors vs. low Floors and the quality of interior Finishes and design
