Condos and Townhouses along the Intracoastal Waterway offer beautiful, relaxing views of the Water and Boats. In addition, a number of Units that are located on high Floors have fabulous views of the Ocean, Coastline, and/or City Skyline. Buyers who are interested in new Condos on the Intracoastal, however, have limited choices because very few new Condos were built along the Intracoastal in recent years.
