The Wealth Report 2012 (produced by Knight Frank in conjunction with Citi Private Bank) was just released and, in keeping with lots of other great news about South Florida’s improving Real Estate Market, their Prime International Residential Index (PIRI) Report indicates that Miami’s Luxury Real Estate prices in 2011 increased by 19.1% from year 2010. Of the U.S. Markets surveyed, Miami’s increase is the largest and, of International Markets surveyed, Miami’s increase is the 3rd largest.
