During the months of January – March of 2012, 6 Units were purchased in Sonata Beach Club Condo. The purchase price range of the Units was $580,000 – $735,000, with an average purchase price of $680,000. The Units that were sold are 605, 403, 501, 805, 703, and 1005 (Beethoven, Strauss, and Bach Models).

During 2011, 22 Units were sold in Sonata Beach Club and their purchase price range was $540,000 – $825,200.

Of the 5 Floor Plans at Sonata Beach Club, the largest is the Mozart/”02″ Line, one of which is currently on the Market as a Resale (Unit 1002). Currently, 7 Units are on the Market for sale in Sonata Beach Club (4 Resales and 3 Developer Owned Units), so the Building is almost sold out of Developer Inventory.
