Northeast Fort Lauderdale Homes
When viewing Properties with Clients, I enjoy taking a few pictures that are eye-catching in different ways. I’m currently working with Buyers who are interested in purchasing a Home in the Northeast area of Ft. Lauderdale since their Daughter will be attending High School at Pinecrest in Ft. Lauderdale in the Fall. While viewing properties recently, I took pictures of 3 Houses which have Tropical Landscaping and I included the pictures below.
Several of the Communities that we viewed include Coral Ridge Country Club, Imperial Point, and The Landings.
Northeast Ft. Lauderdale remains a highly desireable location for Buyers who are interested in Waterfront properties and close proximity to N.E. Ft. Lauderdale’s Private Schools (Pinecrest, Westminster, & Cardinal Gibbons), the Beach, Restaurants, and Shopping.
