Barefoot Beach Villas
Construction of Barefoot Beach Villas Townhomes is progressing well and is almost complete. I visited the Property a few days ago and included pictures that I took while there. Of the 34 Units in the Complex, all are under Contract for purchase except for 2 remaining Units (Buyers submitted Contracts that were accepted by the Developer for purchase of the Units). With new Condos and Townhomes that are currently under construction in South Florida, it’s becoming the norm that a number of them are selling out before Construction is complete.
Closings at Barefoot Beach Villas are scheduled to begin later this month and I will post updates after Closings begin. Buyers are enjoying very low prices for the Townhomes since the current Developer purchased the Land at a bargain price (the previous Owner purchased the Land at a significantly higher price several years ago during the peak of the Market).
Townhomes at Barefoot Beach Villas range in size from 2 Bedrooms – 3 Bedrooms with 1,415 – 1,611 Square Feet of Living Area and private 2-Car Garages. The Community is Gated and includes a Heated Pool. The monthly Homeowner’s Association Fee is only $296.00 and includes full Insurance for the exterior of the Building, Maintenance of the exterior, and Amenities.
Barefoot Beach Villas is located within walking distance to the Beach (directly across the Street) and is within very close proximity to Shops and Restaurants.
