During the first Quarter of 2012, MLS Property Sales records indicate that 147 Single Family Homes were purchased in East Boca Raton.   Below are additional details about the 147 Property purchases.

  • 11 of the 147 Properties that were purchased are Waterfront properties.   The purchase price range of the Waterfront properties was $345,000 – $7,400,000, with an average purchase price of $840,000.   The Waterfront locations of the properties are Ocean Access Canals and Intracoastal.    Subdivisions that the properties are located in are Bel Marra, Boca Bay Colony, Boca Harbour Island, Boca Islands, Boca Keys, Royal Palm Yacht and Country Club, and Estoville.
