One Thousand Ocean Condo Real Estate Market Report
Since my previous Market update, 2 additional Units were purchased in One Thousand Ocean Condo in Boca Raton. The Units that were purchased are as follows:
- Unit 606, sold on April 13, 2012 for a purchase price of $5,050,000: 3 Bedrooms and 3.5 Baths, 4,413 Square Feet of Living Area, direct Oceanfront Residence with Boca Inlet and Intracoastal views, dual Master Suites, and over 1,000 Square Feet of expansive Terraces with a private Plunge Pool and outdoor Summer Kitchen.
- Unit 608, sold on April 17, 2012 for a purchase price of $3,475,000: 3 Bedrooms and 3.5 Baths, 3,405 Square Feet of Living Area, Corner Unit with Italian Furnishings, 12′ Ceiling height, and views of the Ocean and Intracoastal.
South Florida’s Luxury Condo Market is continuing to experience strong performance and One Thousand Ocean has now sold 80% of their 52 Units.

Of 52 total Units in the Building, only 10 Residences are available for Sale, a combination of Developer owned Units and Resales. The available Units include Residences, Beach Villas, and 3 Penthouses. The Building includes a total of 4 Penthouses, one of which sold on June 2, 2011 for a purchase price of $10,400,000.

The monthly Maintenance Fee for Units at Ocean Thousand Ocean is $1.10 per square foot of Living Area, so, for example, the monthly Maintenance Fee for a Unit that has 3,286 Square Feet of Living Area is $3,614.60.
