Golden Beach Real Estate Market Report
Since my previous Market update, 2 additional properties were purchased in Golden Beach and the properties that were sold are as follows:
- 520 N. Island Dr., purchased for $5,000,000 on May 11, 2012: 6 Bedrooms, 6.5 Baths, built in 2001, 4-Car Garage, Pool, 7,796 Square Feet, 100′ of Waterfront on an Ocean access Canal.
- 160 S. Island Dr., purchased for $2,775,000 on May 8, 2012: 6 Bedrooms, 6.5 Baths, built in 2003, 1-Car Garage, Pool, 5,431 Square Feet, 90′ of Waterfront on the Intracoastal.
Golden Beach Properties for Sale
Currently, 37 Single Family Homes are on the Market for Sale in Golden Beach. None are listed as Bank Owned Foreclosures or Short Sales. Of the 37 Houses, 23 are Waterfront properties, which are listed in a price range of $2,100,000 – $17,900,000, and include Oceanfront, Intracoastal, and Canal front properties. Several Lots are currently on the Market for sale as well and such properties present great opportunities for Buyers who are searching for Land to purchase so that custom Homes can be built (some of the Lots are vacant and some have existing Homes on the Land).
Golden Beach continues to maintain its’ status as an exclusive Luxury enclave and holds the distinction of being the only Community in Miami-Dade County that has direct Oceanfront Single Family Homes on the Beach.
