Pelican Grand Beach Resort / Pelican Grand Condo Hotel
While viewing Condo Hotel Units at Pelican Grand Beach Resort recently, I took pictures and included several of them above. Of the Condo Hotels constructed in Ft. Lauderdale in recent years, Pelican Grand is the only one that’s located directly on the Beach instead of across the Street from it. Besides having a great location and beautiful views, Pelican Grand also offers great Amenities: 24-Hour Concierge, 24-Hour Room Service, an on-site Restaurant, Bar, Ice Cream Parlor, Spa, Heated Pool with a Lazy River, and Fitness Center. I’ll also note that Pelican Grand serves a delicious Brunch on Sundays, which is a favorite with locals and visitors.
For interested Property Buyers who would like to purchase Vacation or Investment Condos that can be rented frequently throughout the year, Condo Hotels are the best option to consider since Units that are purchased can be rented to Hotel Guests through the Hotel’s Rental Management Program and generate revenue that can significantly defray the expenses of Ownership (in contrast, the vast majority of Condos do not allow frequent Rentals and typically limit minimum Rental periods to 3 – 6 months per Rental and for a limited number of times throughout the year).
This year, 10 Condo Hotel Units were purchased in Pelican Grand, to date, and their purchase price range was $169,000 – $285,000. The Units that were purchased are Studio and 1-Bedroom Units. Currently, 7 Units are on the Market for sale and have a list price range of $255,000 – $360,000.
