Since my previous Oriana Market Report, 5 Units were purchased in Oriana by the Sea Condo and details about the purchases are included below. None of the Units were purchased as Short Sales or Foreclosures. Oriana includes Townhouses and Condos. All of the Residences in the direct Oceanfront Buildings are Townhomes and they offer the best views in the Complex, of course. Some of the Condos and Townhomes in the non-Oceanfront Buildings offer Ocean views, but the views are limited.

Of 34 total Units in the Complex, none are currently listed for sale and none are under Contract for purchase.
The availability of properties similar to Oriana is very limited since most properties on the Beach are high-rise Condos. The very spacious sizes and the layout of the Floor Plans feel like Single Family Houses.
Located on El Mar Drive in Lauderdale by the Sea, Oriana by the Sea’s direct Oceanfront location on the Sand is a great choice for Beachfront living that’s within walking distance of Lauderdale by the Sea’s Pier, Shops, Restaurants, and Nightlife.
