Since my previous Market update, 2 additional Units were purchased in One Thousand Ocean Condo in Boca Raton. The Units that were purchased are as follows:
- Unit 702, sold on February 8, 2013 for a purchase price of $5,861,500: The largest Penthouse at One Thousand Ocean was split to create this Residence, which has a total of approximately 4,142 Square Feet of Living Area (purchased from the Developer).
- Unit 107, sold on January 8, 2013 for a purchase price of $6,300,000: 2-Story Beach Villa with 5 Bedrooms, 5.5 Baths, ~5,477 Square Feet of Living Area and ~7,148 total Square Feet, private Plunge Pool, and private Cabana (purchased as a Resale).
South Florida’s Luxury Condo Market is continuing to experience strong performance and One Thousand Ocean has now sold 89% of their 52 Units.

The monthly Maintenance Fee for Units at Ocean Thousand Ocean is $1.10 per square foot of Living Area, so, for example, the monthly Maintenance Fee for a Unit that has 3,286 Square Feet of Living Area is $3,614.60.
