Company is #1 in total sales of million dollar-plus residences in Miami-Dade County
MIAMI (September 24, 2013) – As the resurgence of South Florida’s high-end residential real estate market continues, EWM Realty International continues as Miami-Dade County’s number one brokerage in the sale of million-dollar plus properties for the 12-month period ending August 30, 2013, according to data from the Southeast Florida Regional Multiple Listing Service (MLS).
During the month of August, EWM reported 41 transactions in excess of one million dollars, compared to 31 transactions for the second-highest ranked brokerage and 18 transactions for the third ranked.
Year-on-year numbers, September 2012 through August 2013, EWM was number one with a total of 429 transactions in excess of one million dollars, compared to 336 and 283, respectively, for the second- and third- ranked brokerages.
