Even in price ranges that significantly exceed entry level, there are Teardowns that are sold in those price ranges as well because of the significant Land value of Ocean Access Waterfront properties, particularly those that are located in East areas close to the Beach with deep Canals, without Fixed Bridges, and dockage for large Vessels.
