Located in Northeast Ft. Lauderdale, East of U.S. 1, Bay Colony is a small Community of ~108 Homes and is one of only two Guard Gated Waterfront Communities in the City of Ft. Lauderdale.    Other than Bay Colony and Harborage Isle, none of Ft. Lauderdale’s other Waterfront Communities are Guard Gated although the majority of them are Luxury Communities.

Waterfront properties in Bay Colony are located on Ocean Access Canals and the Intracoastal.   Deep Water, no Fixed Bridges, and very close proximity to the Beach are factors that contribute to Bay Colony’s great property values and desirability.

  • 2 Bay Colony Drive:  Sold for $5,000,000 on December 13, 2013, built in 2009, 6 Bedrooms, 8 full Baths, 1 half Bath, ~9,226 Square Feet of Living Area, 4-Car Garage, Pool, 78′ of Waterfront behind the House and 200′ of Waterfront across the Street from the House, great for dockage of a Yacht.  This is a beautiful Luxury Property and I viewed it during an Open House before it sold (Pool pictured below).
  • 41 Compass Lane:  Sold for $2,500,000 on April 30, 2014.
  • 30 Bay Colony Lane:  Sold for $2,321,000 on September 16, 2013.
  • 2 Compass Lane:  Sold for $2,200,000 on March 6, 2014.

Currently, only 7 properties are on the Market for Sale in Bay Colony, priced in a range of $1,997,777 – $5,225,000, with an average list price of $3,937,397.
