Below is information about the current, average purchase prices of Las Olas area Condos sold this year and final purchase price range of the Units that sold.

Las Olas area Condos are located downtown in the City of Ft. Lauderdale and within close proximity to a wide variety of Restaurants, Boutiques, Broward Center for Performing Arts, Marinas, and more.

Unit size, level of Amenities offered, Water views from Residences, closest proximity to Las Olas Blvd., quality of interior finishes, and other features of both the Building and its’ Units significantly affect their prices.  

  • 350 Las Olas Place Condo (non-Waterfront – 1 Block from Las Olas Blvd.):    Purchase price range = $250,000 – $530,000.  Average purchase price = $407,316.
  • Las Olas Grand Condo (Waterfront – half Block from Las Olas Blvd.):  Purchase price range =  $665,000 – $1,450,000.  Average purchase price = $934,091.
  • Las Olas River House Condo (Waterfront – half Block from Las Olas Blvd.):  Purchase price range =  $450,000 – $2,850,000.  Average purchase price = $890,313.
  • Watergarden Condo (Watergarden – half Block from Las Olas Blvd.).:  Purchase price range = $297,000 – $810,000.  Average purchase price = $551,079.
  • Nu River Landing Condo (Waterfront – 1/2 Mile from Las Olas Blvd.):  Purchase price range = $215,000 – $490,000.  Average purchase price = $321,567.
  • Symphony Condo (Waterfront – 1 Mile from Las Olas Blvd.):   Purchase price range = $235,000 – $800,000.  Average purchase price = $412,235.
  • Waverly Condo (Non-Waterfront – 3 Blocks from Las Olas Blvd.):  Purchase price range = $193,936 – $377,500. Average purchase price = $292,516. 

Of Las Olas Condos, Las Olas Grand and Las Olas River House have the largest Units.   Note as well that the vast majority of Units at Las Olas River House Condo have private Elevator entry directly into a private Foyer of the Unit.   For those who prefer not to walk down Hallways to reach their Residence, private Elevator entry is a significant benefit and is a feature that is starting to become standard with Luxury Condos.

The Condos that are located within closest walking distance to Las Olas Blvd. are Las Olas River House, Watergarden, Las Olas Grand, and 350 Las Olas Place.  For those who are reading this who aren’t  familiar with the area, please note that the downtown area of Ft. Lauderdale is referred to as the Las Olas area because the main Street in downtown Ft. Lauderdale is named Las Olas Blvd.   Many Restaurants, Bars, Boutiques, and Offices are located on Las Olas Blvd. and within walking distance to Las Olas Blvd., so close proximity to Las Olas Blvd. is considered to be highly desirable not only to those who purchase Vacation properties, but also to locals who live, play, and work downtown.  Downtown Ft. Lauderdale is also located less than 10 minutes from the Beach, so you have the best of both Worlds.
