Construction is complete, Closings have started at Edition Residences, and the purchase prices are setting Records, as expected.    MLS Data indicates final purchase prices ranging from $2,390,000 – $17,500,000 for 11 Units that were purchased, with purchase price per Square Foot ranging from $2,433 – $3,806.   To date, MLS recorded data for the Building indicates 11 closed sales, 6 Pending sales, and a few Units actively Marketed for sale.  A Boutique style Condo, Edition Residences includes a total of only 26 Units.

  • Unit 1502:  sold on 10/22/14  – purchase price of $5,790,000
  • Unit 1402:  sold on 12/3/14 – purchase price $5,200,000
  • Unit 1401:  sold on 12/3/14 – purchase price $4,750,000
  • Unit 1501:  sold on 10/22/14 – purchase price $4,690,000
  • Unit 1409:  sold on 11/13/14 – purchase price $2,990,000
  • Unit 1403:  sold on 11/25/14 – purchase price $2,390,000 (1 Bedroom, 1.5 Bath and 982 Square Feet of Living Area)

Much earlier this year before construction of Edition Residences was completed and before Closings began, various sources reported that Penthouses 1 AND 2 were under Contract for purchase by the Khubani Family (Telebrands, As Seen on TV, A.J. Khubani, Poonam Khubani) for a purchase price of $34,000,000 and planned to be combined into one Residence with a total of 8 Bedrooms.  The Poonam Khubani Revocable Family Trust is listed in public records as the Buyer of both Penthouse Units, which have a reported total purchase price of $34,000,000.
